For nearly 15 years, we’ve worked together to make it simple for people in hotels to communicate easily. Our technology is advanced, but our mission is basic — to give your hotel the most reliable and cost-efficient smart communications system possible.
Our relationship started in college. (We’ll keep those stories to ourselves, thank you.) After graduation, both of us entered the technology space. Alex was (is) a self-described “enterprise network geek.” He’s designed networks for international, Fortune 100 companies. Early on, Alex saw that VoIP was going to make the traditional phone systems obsolete, so he purchased a small VoIP company.
Meanwhile, Joe was out there selling technology, learning how people used it, the challenges they faced and how to solve them. One day, Alex called Joe and said, “join me.” Since Joe wasn’t doing anything, he said, “okay.” And Think Simplicity was born.
